How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month or year based on the plan you choose. Your card is charged on the same day each period until you cancel. Prices shown are in USD; taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel any time from your account page. You'll keep access to your tier until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again after that.
Do you offer refunds?+
All subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months and unused yearly time. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. See our refund policy for full details.
What's the difference between Refresher, Basic, and Pro?+
Refresher covers the core nursing concepts, pharmacology essentials, and a 50+ question bank. Basic adds in-depth case studies, expanded breakdowns, and PDF study guides. Pro is the full toolkit — complete study guides, printable charts, and a 250+ question bank for NCLEX prep.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. Change tiers any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How do I access my resources?+
Sign in and open your Library. Every resource in your tier is available to view online from any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone.
Can I download the study guides and charts?+
Yes — every study guide and printable chart is provided as a PDF you can view in your browser or download to keep on hand for clinicals.
Are the questions and rationales up to date?+
Content is written and maintained to reflect current NCLEX-style priorities. We add and revise resources over time — your subscription includes all updates within your tier.
Does my subscription work on mobile?+
Yes. Ground Zero is fully responsive — resources, quizzes, and PDFs render on iPhone, iPad, Android, and desktop browsers.
