Ground Zero (“Ground Zero”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Williams & Co. Enterprise. Williams & Co. Enterprise is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this service.

• Account data: name, email address, and login credentials you provide during sign up.
• Profile data: optional information you add to your profile.
• Usage & progress data: resources you open, completion status, quiz scores, and time spent studying.
• Support communications: messages you send us for help or feedback.
• Technical data: device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and diagnostic logs.

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

3. How we use personal data

• Create and manage your account (contract performance).
• Provide the study library, quizzes, and progress tracking (contract performance).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the service (legitimate interests).
• Improve product features and content quality (legitimate interests).
• Respond to support requests (contract performance).
• Send transactional emails such as sign-in confirmations and billing receipts (contract performance).

4. Who we share personal data with

• Hosting & infrastructure providers that operate our servers, database, and email delivery.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription billing, payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing.
• Analytics and error-monitoring providers that help us understand product usage and diagnose bugs.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably needed.
• Authorities where we are required to disclose information by law.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process personal data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Ground Zero is intended for adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
