Refund Policy

All sales are final

Ground Zero, operated by Williams & Co. Enterprise, provides digital study materials that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant, digital nature of the product, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly subscriptions on the Refresher, Basic, and Pro tiers.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Canceling stops future billing. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not issued.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize), email us at support@groundzerolearn.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details and we will review the case.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to this non-refundable policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.
